How to Use Kifu
Game recording sheets (called "kifu" in Japanese, once completed) are useful for recording your games and analysing them. Simply write down the move numbers on the grid. You may wish to use different pen colours for Black and White, or circle the White moves to help distinguish them apart.
The lines underneath the grid are for adding notes. If a piece is captured, and later another stone is played there, make a note of that. For example, if Black 53 was captured by White 54, and later Black played move 103 where 53 was, you would add "103 at 53" to the notes.
